I just wanted to put out a thank you, publicly, for everyone and anyone who has had to put up with my weirdness as I've tried to navigate through this nightmare. It's weird, everything is weird. I'm not used to (or programmed) to deal with disaster situation like this in all five organisations at once. To say at some points I was overwhelmed, would be an understatement. All five of our businesses have had to deal with essentially everyone associated to them needing information, wanting answers, suggesting solutions, offering help, creating new issues, solving other issues... all at once... it has been, quite simply, a living nightmare. Finally, tonight, after much confusion, fluff, bumbling and indecisiveness at Government level, we all get to go home and do the important thing - stop this ruddy virus from spreading. Please do it. Just do it. Watch Netflix. Tonight I'm home with an enormous sense of relief, I've only ever felt this feeling a couple of times before.... once was back in 2006 when Ultralab (remember that?) was finally closed after a year of weirdness....and we could all finally move on... and the other time was when Justina and I agreed we would close Hope (our shoe s…
