A year ago today our sales had collapsed, we were just on the verge of full shutdown for Lockdown 1 and there was no plan, help, hope, guidance or support from Government. Our three venues were closed, and our cashflow went to zero. One year on... we’ve not made anyone redundant, managed to fully adapt the business to run online (running over 6000 virtual Escape Games) ... onboarded two new franchises (who are ready to trade as soon as Lockdown 3 lifts) .... built another new KE venue (with laser arena) and managed to keep our heads just above water and insane enough to muddle through the mess and keep going... ... this last year has been a horrible rollercoaster of uncertainty, confusion, underpinned by immeasurable sadness ... but our team on the ground have been amazing ... and without their dedication, support, ideas, humour, determination and commitment (see our Trust Pilot reviews: ( https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/knowescape.co.uk ) our story would be very very different right now... This is the most amazing team I’ve ever worked with. Hold on everyone, it’s not much longer, and thankyou!
