Stopped this evening by Ryan’s new teacher at the gate.... since day one at new school Ryan has been sat at a desk in the middle of a class of thirty (previously mainly sat outside the class with a support assistant…

Stopped this evening by Ryan’s new teacher at the gate.... since day one at new school Ryan has been sat at a desk in the middle of a class of thirty (previously mainly sat outside the class with a support assistant full time) ... is now working independently without needing ear defenders (previously wearing them in previous school) and now taking on the same work as the rest of the class (at a lower level) - previously picking from a selection of worksheets outside the classroom environment ... and he’s now working to help another child who is struggling... and helping her when he can with encouragement, ideas and praise.... I like his new teacher, she’s a new level of awesome. Blank sheet, new start, no regrets.
