When we moved Bishop’s Stortford Escape Rooms in early 2021 (mainly due to the landlord being difficult during difficult times) it was heartbreaking watching Eerie Motel (my favourite ever Escape Room set and game) being torn down… to see it via video chat today rebuilt and complete at Sudbury branch was epic… it is even bigger than the old set … the game is set at Midnight in a spooky old Route 66 Motel where the owner has just died and there is a race to find a diamond… it’s based and modelled on a motel Andrew Eaves and I stayed in in 2005 (sticky carpets, horrible)…. it’s back, up yours covid!
