This was a year ago, Ryan was promised that if he took the small bedroom for now he would get the attic once we could get it converted. When we started calling Devon loft conversion companies most never returned calls or failed to turn up to quote. We called Martin (the agent who sold us the house) for any inside knowledge or recommendations, he knew a guy … Kelvin came round. Kelvin had a two and a half year waiting list for loft conversions, August 2025 was pencilled in to start. Kelvin popped round again to measure, he learned a bit more about why we moved, and he met Ryan …. Kelvin then jiggled the work schedule and his team worked weekends to start the work. They started in April, and were all done by September in time for Ryan starting at his new school. Ryan appreciates the new space made possible by the action and kindness of strangers, we all do.
