It's us, [Company], writing with the jovial task of questioning the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) which you've so generously bestowed upon one of our vehicles. The PCN in question - or, as we fondly call it, the questionable document - is [PCN Number], dated [Date]. We've put our Sherlock hats on and came up with a few reasons why this charge seems as justifiable as a chocolate teapot: Invisible Signage: Perhaps our spectacles need a good clean, or maybe your signage is playing a remarkable game of hide and seek. Either way, we couldn't spot any entrance signs marking the car park boundaries, which according to the British Parking Association's Code of Practice, is a bit of a no-no.
