What a hell of a journey from apprentice who was hired from a list simply because his name was ‘Ryan’…. through to now working full time in Maldon, own flat and bright future. You arrived in 2011 in a suit for an interview nervous and shy... You worked hard.... You left ten years later.... Today you were confident in spades.... Proud of you dude, really proud of you.
